Grillers Mark was born from one obsession: fire, done properly. What started as a love for slow-smoked ribs, hand-pressed patties and perfectly charred steaks has grown into Ballarat’s home for serious grill food, crafted with the care of fine dining but none of the pretence.

Hubby had the grilled salmon fillet with chips and said it was delicious and the flavours were spot on. The lamb loin chops were divine and I also really enjoyed the Greek salad. They have a menu for dogs too - our girl had "The Dog Pound" and absolutely loved it - great serving size and kept our sometimes restless diner busy throughout our meal. Would definitely return - a thoroughly enjoyable experience!
